Companies only
The platform is for understanding companies and other organisations. It must not be used to investigate, profile or make decisions about individuals, including officers and employees who appear in official records about a company.
No consumer reports
Dossiers are not consumer reports and must not be used for employment, credit, insurance, housing or similar decisions about an individual, under the US Fair Credit Reporting Act or any equivalent law. Requests of that kind are declined.
No harassment or defamation
Information must not be used to harass, intimidate or defame. Replies and corrections are the proper channel for disputes about the record.
No scraping or resale
Dossiers may not be scraped, bulk-exported or resold except under a written data licence; machine-readable files are published for assistants and agents to cite, not to copy as a dataset.
No manipulation
No fake reviews, no undisclosed commercial content, no attempts to seed assistant answers with content that differs from the public dossier.
Enforcement
Breach ends access; serious breaches are reported where the law requires.
