Corrections and appeals

Free, for every company, claimed or not. How to report an error, what happens, and how long it takes.

  1. Report

    Use the correction link on any claim, or write to corrections@opendossier.com with the dossier, the claim and the evidence.

  2. Acknowledge

    Within two business days, with a reference.

  3. Check

    An analyst who did not produce the claim re-runs the chain against the source and your evidence.

  4. Decide

    Corrected, with the version history visible; or upheld, with the reasons and your reply published beside the claim.

  5. Appeal

    To the methodology lead, within ten business days; the appeal decision is final within OpenDossier and does not limit any legal right you have.

Accurate, sourced information is not removed on request. Out-of-date information is updated. Errors are corrected. Replies are always published.
