Independence and disclosure
OpenDossier is a Magellan Global brand. What that means for a dossier about a group client, what is paid for, and what is never for sale.
What companies and researchers pay for
- Reports, analyst briefs, monitoring and full review access
- Profile management: content, documents, review invitations sent to everyone in a group, analytics, benchmarks
- Trust Workspace, AI visibility audits, verification and certification-readiness services
What is never for sale
- Removing, hiding, reordering or rewriting a review
- A higher rating, a better score, or a badge that means more than “claimed”
- Removal of accurate, sourced information from the record
- Control over a reviewer’s or an investigator’s conclusions
Claiming, responding to reviews, corrections and appeals are free. Magellan Global group companies get no exception.
Disclosure
- A dossier about a company that is a client of any Magellan Global brand carries a related-party notice
- An independent reviewer from outside the group can be requested for such a dossier
- No group brand can purchase or influence a dossier's conclusions; the policy is enforced by the methodology lead, who reports to group compliance
- Claiming a profile confirms management of the record; it is not a review, a rating or an endorsement
