Who may review
Clients (current, former, or who evaluated and did not buy) and employees (current, former, contractors) with a relationship we can verify. Owners, directors, competitors, agencies and anyone paid or rewarded by either side may not review.
What a review may contain
Your own first-hand experience of the company: delivery, communication, value, support, culture, management, pay, career. Specific facts are more useful than adjectives.
What a review may not contain
Personal data about individuals; criticism of named colleagues; confidential contract terms or prices under an NDA; trade secrets; allegations of crimes or regulatory breaches unless a public record exists (link it); discriminatory, threatening or obscene content; anything written in exchange for a benefit.
Verification
Client relationships are verified by contract, invoice, purchase order or a company invitation link; employment by work email, payslip or employment letter. Documents are checked and deleted. Verification confirms the relationship, not the truth of the opinion.
Anonymity
Reviewers are never named. Employee reviews appear only once a company has five; titles are generalised in small teams; dates are by month. We do not disclose reviewer identities to companies, and resist legal demands to the extent the law allows.
Company responses
One public response per review, which may be edited with history. Responses must not identify or guess the reviewer, threaten, or offer anything for a change.
Invitations
Companies on paid plans may invite reviews through verified links, but must invite everyone in the chosen group. Selective invitation, incentives and review-gating are breaches; reviews obtained that way are removed and the plan ends.
Moderation
Every review is checked against these guidelines before publication. We do not edit reviews; we publish, return for revision, or decline, with the reason.
Report a review
Anyone may report a review that breaks these guidelines, from the link on the review. Companies may dispute a review on factual grounds with evidence. A moderator who did not approve it decides within five business days; the reviewer may be asked to substantiate. Accurate, verified opinions are not removed because a company disagrees.
Legal requests
Defamation, privacy and court-order requests are handled under the content-removal process in the terms, by jurisdiction; outcomes are recorded in our transparency report.
No payment changes a review
No plan, partner or group company can remove, hide, reorder or rewrite a review, or change a rating.
