Claiming is free; so are corrections
Claiming confirms you manage the record. It does not change the record's conclusions, and it never buys a better score. Corrections of errors and appeals are free for every company, claimed or not.
Supply once, reuse everywhere
Certificates, policies, audited statements, cap-table summaries, customer references, security questionnaire answers (SIG, CAIQ) live in your workspace with version history. You decide who sees what: public summary, verified investigator, named counterparty.

Anything in the public dossier can be answered with a statement and evidence. The reply appears with the claim; the claim does not disappear.

Questions
Who sees my private documents?
Only viewers you authorise, for the purpose you state; access is logged and time-limited. Nothing in the private data room is used in the public dossier or shared with other Magellan Global brands without your grant.
Can I remove accurate negative information?
No. You can reply to it with evidence, and you can ask for a correction if it is wrong or out of date. That is the deal that keeps the record credible for everyone, including you.
