Coverage

What can be established about a company in each jurisdiction, from which source, with what limits. United States and Singapore are live (phase 1); Hong Kong, Taiwan and Japan follow (phase 2); Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Malta are phase 3. Every dossier marks each section with its coverage level; the brief never implies completeness it does not have.

full source searched as standard   partial searched with stated limits or through a partner   planned on the roadmap. Each coverage page lists the sources and the limits.

Three rules that apply everywhere

  • Registry existence is not commercial reliability. A live company with filings in order can still be a bad counterparty; the dossier says what is established, not what it means.
  • No record found is a search result. It is reported with the source, the date, the names searched and the scope; it is never shown as 'no risk'.
  • Same-name entities are the main source of error. Entity resolution is recorded: which identifiers matched, which look-alikes were excluded and why.
