OpenDossier is a brand of Magellan Global Group. The contracting entity is named in the engagement letter or order.
What we provide
Company intelligence, diligence briefs, monitoring, workspaces, readiness programmes and related services as described on this site. We organise evidence; we do not give legal, tax, investment or credit advice, and we do not certify or audit.
Use
Business purposes concerning companies only. The acceptable-use policy is part of these terms and prohibits use for decisions about an individual's employment, credit, insurance or housing, and any use that would make OpenDossier a consumer reporting agency under the US Fair Credit Reporting Act or an equivalent law.
Content
Dossiers combine official records, licensed data and company-supplied documents, each labelled. You may use reports for your own business decisions; redistribution is limited by the licence terms shown on the report.
Fees
As quoted; official document fees, licensed data and third-party work at cost or as quoted; subscriptions invoiced in advance.
Liability
Limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, except liability that cannot be limited by law. Absence of a record is not a representation of absence of risk.
Termination
Either party on thirty days' notice; your workspace is exported to you.
Governing law
Singapore law, unless the engagement letter states otherwise.
