What we collect
Client identity and contact details; subject-company records from public, licensed and company-supplied sources; personal data of officers and related persons only as it appears in official records about a company; usage data.
Why
To deliver the services, keep the evidence chain, run conflict and acceptable-use checks and operate the platform.
Individuals in records
Officers and related persons appear because a registry or filing names them. We do not enrich, profile or score individuals. Individuals may ask for a correction of an error in how a public record is presented.
Reviewers
Verified-relationship reviewers' identities are protected; aggregates are withheld below n=5.
Sharing
With licensed data providers as their licences require; with other Magellan Global brands only under a client's grant; with sub-processors listed on request.
Laws
PDPA (Singapore), GDPR and UK GDPR, APPI (Japan), Taiwan PDPA, PDPO (Hong Kong), PIPEDA, Australian Privacy Act, US state privacy laws as applicable.
