Data sourcing and licensing
Where the data comes from, under what terms, and what we will not do with it.
Official and primary
Registries, courts, regulators, sanctions lists, IP offices and procurement portals, accessed through their published interfaces or purchased documents; each coverage page lists them with access terms and fees.
Licensed
Review data, news and corporate datasets under written licences that state display and analysis rights and deletion synchronisation; the licence is named on the claim.
Company-supplied
Under the company's grant, for the purpose stated, with access logged; never used in the public dossier without the company's choice, never shared with other group brands without a grant.
Not done
No scraping in breach of a source's terms; no resale of public web content; no use of any data to train models unless a licence says so; no reports on individuals.
